About the same right now. I'm naturally much better at front squats so they are almost always consistent with my back squat. Back squats are something that I just haven't found my groove for yet. I've definitely made improvements, but I still just don't like the lift. I have little doubt that I could put 100lbs on my back squat in probably 3-4 months if I could actually get good at performing them. I might start working them very hard after I get my current goals.

I always do light front squats as my warm-down after leg workout - I do 2 sets of 5 with 154 - 176lbs. I think I could do 220.
My back squat is 319 for 1RM.Workout journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=116712111
