Cutting for 1-2 weeks, recommendations?
Ive been working out for about 6 weeks now. Ive cleaned up my diet a ton, i cant even remember the last time i ordered anything from a drivethru window. And ive stacked on a good noticeable amount of muscle. Altho i am pretty fat still, as you can see on my bodyspace, but ive been happy with my results so far.
During the next 2 weeks i really wont have time to put in hours at the gym, because im closing down my business (i know economy sucks) and i have to put in a ton of hours cleaning out the warehouse and selling stuff, etc.
So basically while this is going on, even though its earlier then when i wanted to start really cutting, i found it to be a good time to do so. I guess it kinda works out tho, so i can hopefully be a little bit leaner just in time for halloween as a +!
So what do you guys think i should do? like what diet and exercise
What kinda progress do you guys think i can make in the next 1-2 weeks as far as body fat goes, or will i even notice a significant change? I think im at like 22-23% right now.
i love lifting weights, but times are tough and i gotta work around it!
