i don't want to get 'too' huge.
How can i avoid getting unsightly big but be real strong? Every time i touch the barbell i gain an inch on the biceps.

Damn, I've been using the wrong barbells. Where did you find the ones that add an inch to your biceps everytime you touch them?

Btw, you should train hard, but eat just a bit above your maintenance, so you don't gain that much weight.

Exactly my point. Do you lift for "the chicks" or for yourself? If you're doing it for chick, well hell, why even be on this site? There's probably a "Curves Fitness" site somewhere around here...
