Day after Contest Pic
Here is a pic of me a day after winning the light heavy weight class in the East Coast Classic held last weekend in Baltimore...will post more when they get in...Better than I was yesterday, but not as good as I will be tomorrow!!!

Will work on post of diet and workout...consists of DC training and keto and cut diet hybrid...everything tailored for what works for me..lessons learned from trial and error..the basis of Bodybulding.

maybe one of these days i can step on stage a legit 226 but as of right now that is usually my off season weight..might not let it get that high from now on..
