Nausea/lack of appetite? (Serious) (5000+ reps)
I'm having a digestive problem. I don't actually get sick/throw up/etc. But I don't feel like eating and when I do eat I feel nauseous quickly even if I don't eat very much. Considering I'm bulking, this is not a very good thing to have happen . Any advice is welcome! Reps for help on what it is/how to solve it/etc

haha I've heard this happens for some people, but I'd prefer other choices if you don't mind

just saying if you have a loss of appetite it can really help

Sounds like you been sending way too much time reading the horrid advice in the Nutrition section, and now have developed an Eating disorder. I believe there is a support thread in that same nutrition section that births them, but than again i wouldn't send a crack addict to a crack house for rehab.

try "black hole" by controlled labs or other natural digestion/ appetite enhancing supps.
if that doesn't work i would talk to a dr.

Anxiety can cause those problems. Anytime I had a big test or was nervous for any reason when i was in school it was hard to eat, sometimes I felt nauseous. Could this be the reason?

Actually I'm getting more sleep now than I ever have before in my life. Maybe that's the problem, I'm sleeping so much I don't feel the need to eat?

looks like you could still use a cut before bulking again.

that's a possibility..I'm not sure though, I am under pressure cuz I'm going for a 4.0 avg and I'm falling short of that atm. However, I'm not terribly stressed about it. I think part of it is I haven't done enough cardio recently

pic is alittle old, and I can definitely afford to continue bulking, I'm at 178 last time I checked and 13.6 BF% checked by a professional
