Hello everybody! First of all, I've been surfing around the forum and now I have a global idea about how to behave with the food and the training...
But there's not a thread which fit my needs.
I'm male, 21, quite thin and tall. I've been swimming for almost 17 years but now I've switched to acrobatic gymnastic a week ago, and I guess I'll go ahead with it.
Anyway, my lessons are on Mon/Thu/Fri, and as long as I don't train too much (IMHO) the upper-body (in particular arms, but sometimes neither abs) I'm thinking about training them at home on my own.
I guess swimming and gymnastic are the same as they are both aerobic work but, how do I play with weights and home-made training?
I don't have so much time (not more than 30 mins-a-day) but I don't want to get huge and don't want to do it that fast, so...
So, what I'm looking for is an (approximative?) workout program for arms and abs (or upper-body, in general) but also advices concerning foods are welcome!
Sorry for my English, I'm from Italy and thanks in advance for your help!
Marco
