everyone has different goals and they are different biologically. there is no set time for recovery for any muscles no matter how many arguments are brought up. for me generally every 5 days i could recover from a high intensity training session of a muscle group. my goals as of right now is to catch my legs and arms with the rest of my body so i train them every 5 days. lats and chest once a week, and abs, theoretically can be done every other day. but dont take my word for it, you have to know your own body.

    Chest - 2 (heavy & light)
    Back - 1
    Shoulders - 1
    Legs - 1
Arms - Every two weeks on leg day.

    I use HIGH volume.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
