Start between 3000-3500 and keep going up a couple hundred a week until you are gaining around a pound a week (less for a slow bulk, more for a fast bulk)

Based on your current activity level, your activity factor is 1.725, very active.
Your base BMR is 1925 Calories.
Your base maintenance level is 3326.
With thermogenic effect of food included, 16% for a clean diet, your sub-total maintenance level is 3859.
You lift weights, so that's a 5% increase in metabolism due to recovery. This brings your maintenance level to 4052.
If you have a slow metabolism, your overall maintenance level is 3748 under the same above conditions.
If you have a fast metabolism, your overall maintenance level is 4356 under the same above conditions.
If you're not gaining mass on your current intake, keep gradually increasing Calories until you do so.
