    Hello ,..



    Yo fells, have u ever felt pain in the either on of the balls or both followed by pain in lower back when u perform deadlifts or any lifts ??! and what would be the reason ?!

    i'd lighten up the weight a bit and see if it helps, also hernia is quite possible.

    worst case: cancer. remember when tom green got that pain in his stomach on tv and it turned out to be a symptom? maybe you don't, but get checked just in case.
    finally got back into the weight room today to see where I'm at a lil over a week from the injury. I got good and warm before attempting anything, but I noticed in certain lifts I had to pay extra attention to keep from crapping myself...

    i think hernia would be in your stomach isnt actually a tear in your abdomin and your intestines would actually cause a bulge in tour stomach through that tear
