progress pics after a lot of effort. would appreciate feedback
I have been working out seriously for a long time now. I started nearly five years ago, and I put a couple pics of me from then.
I have a very stubborn body and of late it is getting very frustrating because I refuse to grow and add muscle. I know the first thing everybody will say is eat more. Well I think I do, and if anything I put on some extra fat by eating more, but I see very small gains in muscle. Its like my arms refuse to get bigger no matter how much push them in the gym.
I workout five days a week and one bodypart every day.
Here are some pics when I was about 120. Now iam close to 150 but I have been stuck at this weight for a very long time. I almost feel like my muscles refuse to grow anymore.
Is it possible a persons bone structure only allow that much muscle or is that rubbish? Also what is my bodyfat percentage? Any feedback would be welcome!

At least ur getting some progress, however little.
Have you thought of possibly taking time off and letting ur body recover and then get back into it? You could be over trained.
Are you still noticing strength gains?
I'd say concentrate on your diet, sneak in those clean meals b4 bed, and change up ur workout routine if you've been on the same one too long. Shock those stubborn muscles.
GL with it

Could be time to use some intermediate training principles. i.e. frequency manipuation, periodization, strength training(if you havent), iso training(if you havent) etc...

Are you that guy that get in the gym, do cable push down for tricep and the preacher curl machine for you bicep and never do any compound exercises?
Also do you go to failure and past failure on most set?
You look like that guy..
If your eating right and training right then get a training partner and push yourself a little more!
Training partner=forced reps=better intensity=muscles grow

Even though you've made decent gains, you should have gained a lot more in 5 years.

5 years! thats a very long time man.
I'd say something needs re-evaluation whether its your program, nutrition, or my guess both
you didn't even gain fat in 5 years, I packed on a lot in like 2 months! I was also a really skinny ectomorph, so your definitely not eating near enough CLEAN meals.
post up exactly what you eat and your workout program so we can help you from there.
you seem to have a negative mind, BB should be fun yet intense, but you gotta stay focused man

You should be happy about the gains you made, but in 5 years you shouldve made double + the progress
either way, you should still be happy that you look better than you did before and you didnt give up. find a new program, ask questions and inform yourself then go hit the gym some more
best of luck to you

guise I dont think hes been working out for 5 years nonstop....
anyways, I'd like to see what exercises you do for each bodypart.
sets/reps and all
a lot of reasons could slow you progress, not enough sleep? same program(exercises) for a long time, no compound lifts (I doubt you woulnt do those) etc
still I know exactly what you're saying about eating, its hard for us to eat enough to gain, specially eat well...
