hey guys im a bit of a nutrition noob and im starting to try and watch my diet slightly so could you guys give me a rough calorie estimate for my avergae day. ( i know i probadly dont eat enough ) anyway :
breakfast - 2 bowls of cereal ( crunchy nut ) skimmed milk
1 slice oast white bread
Lunch 2 sandwhiches ( white bread on basic ham and 2 fried eggs on
White bread
Feeling Bananna
Hungry
Dinner 2 slices of steak pie ( relativly big slice) and chips/rice
Feeling 2 cans of tuna and toast on basic ham
Hungry
if somebody could give me a rough calorie estimate it would be much appreciated. Any tips or anything would be appreciated aswell

What is with you Brits and meat pies? (no homo) haha
check calorie-count.com, they're probably the most reliable site that I use. There may be better ones out there though so if anyone else suggests one I'd check that one too.
