What would you say is possible? What should most people be able to achieve? Right now (5 months in, 190lbs) I can bench 165x5, squat 240x5, dead 285x5, military 125x5. Ok progress? What should I am for at the one year mark?

Assuming proper training, what bench, squat, dead, and military #'s after 1 year?
