If your Quads are stronger than your Hamstrings it puts you at a higher risk for an ACL injury. Your Quads put pressure on your ACL and your Hamstrings take pressure off it.
Is there any way to test if I have this imbalance?
To fix it should I
1.Stop working out quads and just do hamstrings.
2.Reduce Quad workout and focus more on hamstring.
3.Keep strengthening both at the same rate.

Walking probably puts you at a higher risk for an ACL injury too. Or standing. Or jumping.
See what I'm saying? If you are being smart about lifting, you shouldn't have a problem. Anything you do puts you at a risk of something, but thinking lessens that risk significantly in most cases.I used to be 135 pounds, give me a break.
