quick stupid dosing question. .

i have 3 bottles of 200mg test enan. . how much should i be doing per week and how long should 3 bottles last me? .. im 190 pounds. . not looking for the craziest gains but moderate to high gains. . 1st time in many years using gear. . what i have is pictured below: (now this is where the stupidity comes in)everyone is saying they are doing 500mg a week. . how is that measured out in CC's? thanks for any help. .

1ml is the same as 1cc. so if you took 200mg a week thats 1ml a week.

your bottle probably sais 200mg/ml.

10ml = 2000mgs in each bottle.

2000 x 3= 6000 mgs

6000 / 12 weeks= 500mgs per week

So if one CC = 200 mgs, then you would need to inject 2.5 cc's per week to reach 500mgs/week

Does that mean i have to inject twice a week 1mml each time , to get 500mgs into my body
