I go through ALOT of instant oatmeal. 2 or 3 packages a day. I get the high-fiber ones.
Friend was telling me that the way it is processed is unhealthy for you.

Rolled oats and especiallly steel cut oats are much better for you, less sugar, and taste alotttt better with the right ingredients. Oatmeal + natty PB + honey + whey = godlike

get the weight control ones. only 1 gram of sugar and they taste the same. I mix half and half with reg. oats. Its good
