most are packaged precooked(just heat them up). I usually add a little soy sauce, some tofu, and bok choi to mine.

Why are you planning to eat zero calorie noodles at all?

It'd be better if you didn't tally anything at all, but I don't see why you'd want to eat something that will fill you up yet is incredibly calorically sparse if you're trying to gain weight.

You know exactly what you're doing. I'm not going to argue with you. No one can stop you from making self destructive decisions.

Why not have some (probably better tasting) veges, that way at least you're filling your stomach with something that is beneficial to your health?

What Aindreas is wisely saying is you should just get the real deal. Playing around with fake no cal highly filling food isn't really the something you need to be worried about.
Maybe stop counting cals too and just eat to till full.
or the real noodles, a good bowl of noodles is mighty tasty.

When I see that word on the boards and I usually end up flipping out on somebody.....but Aindreas did it for me
I stil owe you reps - but add another one on to that.
OP - you buy these, you lose a battle to your ED, end of story.

yo **** these piece of **** noodles only people that need them are 400lbs obese people who cant give up pasta.........not some kid whos underweight and struggles to get enough calories daily.
Edit: And O/P **** vegetables too, its almost totally useless on a bulk to eat them just to fill yourself up with that caloric sparse non sense

Take it easy.. Konnyaku has been around in Japanese cuisine for hundreds if not thousands of years. It is not a 'diet' food that people eat only to loose weight. It's a relatively common ingredient in Japanese cooking. You'll find konnyaku or the noodle forms (ito konnyaku and shirataki) commonly in oden and sukiyaki and many different dishes.
I personally don't eat it very often, but I have cooked it in oden and hot pot dishes before. It does not really have a flavour on its own, so you want a flavourful broth to cook it in. Actually a basic udon broth made from dashi, shoyu and mirin would be absolutely fine for konnyaku or ito konnyaku.
