    Question creatine and glutamine?

I think I read somewhere that you should not take glutamine and creatine at the same time because it competes for receptors, is this true? Because I always take glutamine and creatine pre-work out?

I've never heard that. In fact I've heard quite the opposite. Creatine and glutamine are great to stack.

That is completely false. They do not compete. It is great to take both of them PWO.
