I wasnt quite sure where to put this one... but always when i wake up i wake up tired.. it doesnt matter if i sleep 5 hours. or if i sleep 10 hours... i always wake up tired.. never refreshed and full of energy.. Any ideas... maybe nutrition? I have no idea.. it really sucks being tired all the time..

man, I don't think anyone wakes up feeling like they won the lottery. Your body shuts down nicely during sleep so when you wake up you're still gonna feel relaxed and wish you can lay there all day.

I usually don't wake up OVERLY JUICED, but since I started working out i've noticed once I do get up, take a shower and go to work I feel better "throughout" the day -- more energy, more relaxed then I ever was when I was eating like **** and not doing any exercise.

Well depending on what you mean by feeling unrested when you wake up, you might want to get a sleep test done on you. Most people do feel groggy and out of it when they first wake up, which is why starbucks can be found on just about any street corner on three continents, but feeling truly unrested after sleep could be a potential sign of a sleep disorder. If you have sleep apnea or narcolepsy your body may not complete full sleep cycles, thus keeping your body from ever recuperating in the manner intended.
I swear by my life and my love of it that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.

Our only limitations are the ones we accept.

Seeing how much I can increase strength, endurance, and athletic performance while maintaining approximately 190 lbs and single digit bf.
