Double Jointed Shoulders....

So I am double jointed in my knees and shoulders. (Not sure if its 'double jointed' or just a funny quirk) But my shoulders dislocate, yes, dislocate so bad that if it happened by accident it would be a medical emergency. I can dislocate them myself with no effort. Here's the thing, I want my shoulders to have more definition and every time I attempt to lift heavier..the inevitable happens...my shoulders pop out of socket and it hurrrrrts. I will post a picture of this later. I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Any suggestions as of which health care professional I should see for help? Any other suggestions are appreciated!
