    Cool how many reps do you think is best to build lower legs

    i tried both but i dont know which one is best. i did the 8-12 rep and thats pretty good but i cant do the 15-25 reps because out of nowhere im tired already and it just drains my energy this is for quads.

    By lower legs do you mean calves or just legs in general? I usually train 10-12 reps on legs, sometimes 5 reps for squats for strength, and my legs are getting on very good. I've tried higher reps but I don't feel like it does very much.

    Squats I do 5 reps, and calf related I do 10+, because calf muscle fibres are fast twitch.

    usually between 6-10 works pretty well for me
