What most of you seem to forget is that you do not have to get BIG/HUGE do look good. Offcourse true the eyes of guys yes, the bigger the better. But in General girls seem to like Zac Efron kinda muscularity much better. So probably the guy who started this thread wants to look the way girl like.
I have the same goal. Slim, decent amount of muscle and a body with great stamina and agility.
Quit thinking like cavemen and learn to place yourself in someone elses shoes.

As for me, I do 20 minutes of cardio 4 times a week, on the 3 other days I do full body workouts in which I hit all muscle groups twice per workout. Do 3 sets of about 8 to 12 reps, 8 for arms, 10 for chest, and 12 for back. I prefer to do legs, but since Zac doesn`t really seem to hit those you could let them out. Eat most of your carbs in the morning, and protein over the whole day. That should get you pretty close to Zac
