So I broke my arm over the summer. Haven't worked out for about 2 months, now I went to the gym this week and wow I'm kinda mad/depressed. I mean I'm not a big guy or anything, but i worked really hard for the past 6 months before i broke my arm. And now I go to the gym and I'm lifting at least 30% less than what I used to. So my question is, how long will it take for me to be able to lift as much as I used to? Because if it's gonna take like 2 months than I really don't know if i'm gonna have the motivation to go lift...
So any ideas as to how long?

it shouldnt take you anywhere near 2 months ive heard storys of people who have taken 6 months off and regained all of their strengh/size in a month...
