hour of racquetball vs 15 minutes of treadmill
So I really hate going on the treadmill, or just running in general. I was wondering, would replacing my 15 minutes of treadmill with an hour of racquetball burn some good fat. Or is it not "Aerobic" enough?

There's an "aerobic" energy system component going on.
But keep in mind that the majority of fat that you lose/burn comes in between your workouts. Increasing 24 hour energy expediture is more important than anything (through activity).

ditch the treadmill.. rball provides great plyometric work, CORE strength, quickness, etc, etc... plus you work FAR harder than you think because you are PLAYING (playing=fun).

i think its great... you could surely replace that... and i am sure you would still get better results out of the racquetball schedule.

hour of racquetball will give you way more than 15min. on treadmill. But an hour on treadmill would give you more than the racquetball.

Depending on the speed of the treadmill, I would disagree. If you were only walking on the treadmill you would burn much more calories playing racquetball. Of course it depends on how competetive you are playing, but all that stopping and starting really gets your heart rate up. I do my racquetball for cardio, and 1 hour of playing someone as competetive as I can really pushes me to the limit.

If you hate the treadmill, drop it. There are millions of ways to get your heart going, and I'm sure you can find several ways (racquetball included) which you would enjoy better.
If you're sweating and breathing hard after completing an activity, you know you had a good workout.
