X factor dosing for night workout
I just started X factor at 4 a day with meals 1-1-1-1 ( spaced evenly)
I workout at 8 PM should I do 1 in the morning , 2 pre workout ( 1.5 hours pre with pre workout meal) and 1 just before I sleep ?
Or back to 1-1-1-1 . I ask because I feel that the time between wake up and workout is 12 hours so I am wondering how I should dose it for the maximum effects.
Alternatively I can do this
8 AM 1 cap
1 Pm 1 cap
6:30 Pm 2 Caps ( 1.5 hours pre workout)
Which dosing protocol do you feel is best

Don't take it right before you go to bed, some people report insomnia when taken too close to bedtime.
I take my maxout 2-1-1, two with breakfast (which is pre-WO), one with PPWO and one with dinner.

Lucky you then, I have enough troubles to fall asleep as it is, so I won't be risking it even more
Then you can take it as you want, the most common are 1-1-1-1 and any variation of 2-1-1 with the 2 pre-wo.

Either one of the following would work,
1-2-1 (WORKOUT days)
1 cap 8am upon waking
1 cap noon time 1-2pm
2 cap pre-workout 6-7pm pre-workout
1-1-1-1 (may want to consider this protocol for OFF days)
1 cap 8am upon waking
1 cap noon time 1-2pm
1 cap pre-workout 6-7pm pre-workout
1 cap before bed (may cause insomnia)

Thanks!
One more question. is Xfactor more effective taken with a meal? I always feel most of the supplements when taken on empty stomach.
I.e is it better to take X factor 30 min pre meal or with the meal ? I've experimented with both and have not had any issues either way

With a meal, if possible with some fats for better breakdown (at least for maxout, not sure about XF)

^^^
xfactor taken with food (particularly some fat) results in better bioavailability.
Enjoy your cycle bro, if you have anymore question during the cycle post them here or feel free to PM me.
What day are you on? and is this your first time running xfactor?

Thanks both for your replies!
I am on day 4 so far so good, my diet contains more fat and less carbs ( aim for 250 carbs a day max) so this should work real well.

Expectations:
Days 1-20:
This is the loading phase. Arachidonic acid takes time to build up in your system, and there is a really bright side of this, I'll explain later. You probably won't notice much, but it is a strong possibility that you see an increase in hunger, and oily skin. This is a good sign.
Days 21-50:
Now the Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness should set in. You will wake up wanting to roll out of your bed you'll be in so much pain. I hope you like that, because I love this feeling
Some will say X-Factor makes them tired. This is why the calorie increase is really important. The fact that you're really sore makes you think that you are tired, but when you're doing your regular tasks during the day, the pain subsides and you're good to go.
Days 51-75:
Now this is where it's really interesting. Remember I told you it takes a while to build up? Well, it takes a while to get completely out of your system as well, which means you'll continue to make gains even when you're finished with the cycle. Pretty cool huh? At least I like that a lot more than immediately losing a few pounds and on a PCT for a few weeks. You'll be able to still crank up the intensity, and you will keep all your gains on X-Factor.
How much weight you'll put on really depends. But you can expect a 3-4 lbs fat loss along with a good 5 lbs of LBM gained if everything is in check.
|
Enjoy!
