Beta Alanine ONLY
Anyone tried only beta alanine without creatine,AAK,caffein,other stims ... ?
What's your opinion of beta alanine effectiveness as a "stand-alone" supplement ?

Yes. btw the only stim you mentioned was caffeine - creatine/AAKG are not stims, I'm not sure if you thought they were (people get AAKG/arginine confused as stims sometimes).
As a stand-alone beta-alanine is cost-effective, and is virtually tasteless & mixes easily. It is an effective product to use as long as you are being consistent, as with everything else. Bulk B-A is also cheap, 1000g will run you about $40 I think. At 6g/day that's 166 days, or about 5.5 months. 4g/day is 250 days, or 8.3 months  . That's a long duration of supplement for the money you're spending.

i used it during the lacrosse season, i used as a standalone with my vitamins for the first half then added cordygen5 and GMS. and also stimulants during the game. as a standalone there was increased endurance and delayed burn during the game, now this is not weight lifting but the effects where still there. you can feel the difference.

i use Beta-Maxx and i stay in the gym longer than i used to.
i think beta alanine alone is a good supplement.

It does gives you a little strength boost, but I wouldn't replace stims with it if you're looking for a huge energy boost.

No, no, I ment caffeine and other stims.
I know what creatine and is,I came a looong WHEY.
I'm gonna try beta alanine only cause I don't like all the NO, pre, intra post workout sh*t, but the only one bulk beta alanine in my country is PRIMAFORCE, anyone tried this one ?

Not primaforce B-A but I have used primaforce in the past. Seems to be at least of decent quality. I wasn't sure if you meant caffeine and others, or creatine/aakg/caffeine & others. You wouldn't believe how many take arginine for energy.

I use primaforce beta-alanine .. has no flavor, I just throw 2 scoops in my mouth chase with some water twice a day. Stuffs great
