my goal right now is to add a bit more weights, since im mostly doing cardio and id like to tone up a bit, especially around my stomach and butt
anyway first entry:

Hey there! Welcome to journalling! It's definitely an awesome way to keep track of everything and get input from others. So your goal right now is to just add more weights to your routine? What are you doing for meals and such? That will definitely have an impact on your muscle-building abilities. Best of luck!

Maybe keeping track of your meals in this journal will also help you out. It's best to give advice when we can actually see all that you're doing. I keep track of everything I eat (cals, macros, etc), everything I do for exercise, measurements, weight, and even my slip ups! How many meals per day are you eating? And what's your calorie range? More info can never hurt :-)

5'7" and 109 lbs. I think we need to see the diet. Sounds like you need to eat more. We bb.com ladies are always riding the fine line of eating too much & not enough. haha

Cardio Queen
So I've noticed, some days you do all the cardio on the elliptical, some days you split it up... Why do you switch between all on one machine and using three machines?

Hey I think 1800-2000 cal range is good for you. You probably just have a naturally small body frame. Just make sure you're getting your protein in and lifting HEAVY weights

Hey! Good luck on your first journal..hopefully everything goes great! And like Jaw-Knee said, tell us what weights you are using for these excercises so we can see your strength progress. So instead of just saying you did Triceps press 2x20, say you did Triceps Press 2x20x30lbs, or something like that. Good luck!
