glutamine has zero ergogenic benfits afaik. what are you expecting out of it and maybe i could reccommend something else?

its actually not for me at all its for my friend who of course doesnt want to listen to me.
He is rehabbing a shlder injury for baseball, he is taking creatine as of now and he wanted to go to gnc to get glutamine for no reason I of course told him to wait so I could ask around the forum a bit.
What supps u think he shld be on? trying to gain size and strength because he lost about 14 ibs not being able to lift.

supplements wont help injuries to heal although some people swear by cissus
