    Workout Routine Looks Like this

    3 days on then one day off.

    Chest and Triceps
    Back and Biceps
    Legs and Shoulders

    I will also do abs 3 to 4 times per week and 30 minutes cardio every other day.

    Dont have any measurements yet but in the process of doing them and getting some pictures up may take a while though.
