MCT/FooCox-10/SesaThin Log
What is it
TWINLAB MCT Fuel is a high-octane "human machine oil" containing emulsified medium-chain triglycerides (MCT's) and emulsified natural vitamin E.
MCT's are lipids composed of medium-chain fatty acids. These unique lipids provide more than twice the energy power of carbohydrates and protein, and are less likely to turn into body fat than are long chain fatty acids.
MCT's are an alternative energy source which is readily utilizable and can reduce muscle protein breakdown. These are catabolic conditions where muscles breakdown exceeds muscle growth. Similarly, prolonged, exhaustive exercise and dieting (restricting caloric intake) is also a catabolic state in which muscle protein is beining broken down in order to provide metabolic energy. This would suggest that as an alternative energy source, MCT's may benefit some athletes and those athletes restricting carbohydrates and calories in the diet.
TWINLAB MCT Fuel is a revolutionary new emulsified MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) oil that has been developed for quicker and easier assimilation and for those people who could never tolerate the taste of ordinary MCT oil. No chemical emulsifiers are used in MCT Fuel. Only small amounts of natural lecithin and apple pectin, nature's natural emulsifiers, are used in its production. MCT Fuel has a delicious, 100% natural orange flavor. It also does not have the undesirable oily taste like ordinary MCT oil.
"High-octane" energy boost. Many athletes have become accustomed to taking carbohydrate drinks to fuel themselves through a workout. But many bodybuilders follow low-carbohydrate, high-protein diets to accelerate fat burning and to remove excess fluid from tissues in order to get ripped with striated and well-defined muscles, ruling out the use of high carbohydrate drinks. MCT Fuel can be used as a quick-acting, highly concentrated energy source and alternative to high carbohydrate energy drinks for those bodybuilders on low-carbohydrate, high-protein diets.
FooCox-10
What is it?
Found naturally in edible brown seaweed such as wakame (Undaria pinnatifida) and hijiki (Hijikia fusiformis), FooCox-10 (Fucoxanthin) is a type of caroteniod. FooCox-10, taken with a proper fitness program has been shown to increase weight loss, and provide antioxidant properties
SesaThin
What is it?
Sesamin is a naturally occurring lignan present in sesame oil. It possesses great potential for decreasing fat mass and maintaining healthy weight, via its effects on fatty acid oxidation and adipogenic gene expression. It also has the potential to stack very well with other supplements that modulate these systems, such as LeptiGen, stimulants, androgens, and Ab-Solved.
Sesamin has a host of benefits. First it boosts hepatic (liver) and muscular mitochondria oxidation of fatty acids as well as boosting peroxisome fatty acid oxidation. Particularly episesamin is extremely potent boosting these two actions buy 2.1 hold and 5.1 hold in rats. When coupled with a diet rich in omega-3 fats (they seem to work synergistically) episesamin boosted them by 12.2 and 20.1 respectively. Now that's freaking impressive. It does this buy causing the DNA transcription of CPT (carnitine palmitoyl transferase) which is the rate limiting quantity in beta oxidation of fats in skeletal muscle and liver cells. So the gist is you burn more fat plain and simple.
It also protects the liver and kidneys. It prevents fatty liver from chronic ethanol ingestion. Finally it keeps vitamin E levels high either by recycling it or buy preventing its oxidation entirely (no one knows which for sure).
One last great affect of ingestion of these compounds is along with a boost in lipid metabolism it simultaneously lowers lipogenic enzymes in the liver, reducing the amount of fats that are esterfied for storage in adipose tissue. Rats fed a diet consisting of 0.4% sesmamin had four times less lipogenic enzymes in there liver cells.
So to summarize the benefits:
Huge increase in fat burning.
Burn more fat when dieting and when FED.
Protects the liver from necrosis.
Protects the kidneys from renal failure.
Improves cholesterol profile dramatically.
Protects or elevates vitamin E in the blood stream.

I'm in here as well!
...though I'm logging this, too, I don't get a start until the 3rd of November.
I'm really interested in the FooCox. I've used a Fucoxanthin product before - no doubt after it's unreal hype - and had no results.
Good luck, man. Great start!

Sesathin has anti-imflammatory properties so dosing of Sesa post w/o should be avoided.
It would be good to use a cap w/your largest meal of the day.If you don't have any high fat/calorie meals other than your post w/o meal I'd save up the cap (a few days worth anyway)alloted for the higher calorie daily meal for weekly cheats/refeeds to help with partitioning.
Other than that,it's best taken with a meal containing 10 or more grams of fat.Considering your every 12 hour dosing protocol, you'd probably be best served taking the third cap w/lunch.

its really good lol ive been using it for the normal dosages and in my post workout meal. I did some reading about DAG oils and different medium chained triglycerides and the benifits are off the charts! haha so im using it as much as my diet allows me to...
this stack is supposed to significantly increase my temp right? I can fricken tell after I take it lol

Thats great feedback. We've been trying to find a higher extract than 10% so we can get a higher dose in a cap with less volume, but no luck. I see this stack being a great 2 month stack or longer considering the benefits all around. Keep it up son!

just noticed your sig, does that mean LiveLong sells Na-rala!? was lookin to pick some up after this stack...
2mg of biotin + 200mg of Na-Rala before carb containing meals seems to be an ideal way of containing a decent bodyfat from what ive read.

Na-R-ALA is good with Biotin. Definitely a solid supplement for overall health as well as BF purposes.

Sorry to hear this.
Topically applied 7-OXO (or topical adrenosterone) would likely serve as an ideal treatment protocol,in place of Cytomel and the like.Of course, this is just conjecture and I'd need to know details to say much of anything with certainty.

Ight here is whats going on basically
Free T4: 1.0 (Normal Range .9-1.7) The higher this number the better unlike the next number...
TSH: 4.73 (Normal Range .27-4.2) This is bad...
Explains my fatigue, low body temp. and trouble making and seeing good gains...pretty much means I have a very hard time keeping my body in an Anabolic State, t-3 and t-4 are the main hormones involved in fat-loss so RECOMP FTL!
FSH and LH levels were normal...
Testosterone 312 (Normal Ranges for all males 241-827) A total testosterone level below 300 ng/dL is often used as the cutoff point for considering replacement therapy in symptomatic men. In other words...my **** is low for a 20yr old...this would be a more ideal level if I were in my 40's
Urea Nitrogen33 (normal levels 6-20) which is NOT good again...usually caused by impaired renal functions, dehydration, stress, and large amounts of protein in your diet...Basically means my liver and kidneys are working way to hard...
SGOT/AST 48 (Normal Ranges are 13-38) Again another bad test...related to kidney functions
SGPT/ALT 42 (Normal Ranges are 10-40) No to elevated but...bad test for the liver...
CPK 568!!! (normal Ranges 22-269) I guess 3-AD does work lol... this is a tissue enzyme that allows for rapid restoration of ATP in most body tissues. These levels are still high due to coming off that PH about 2 1/2 weeks ago...
Not sure if my test levels are lower b/c of coming off of a PH but my TSH has been like this for sometime...it was about this level around this time last yr!
Cliffs:
-Pretty Pissed...
-Sucks ass to know your doing everything right outside and inside the gym and are hindered by BS like this.
-E-Mailed marc for some interventions to these problems mainly the Thyroid since that is the biggest concern IMO. If not I will try to convince my parent to take me to an endocrinologist and see if I can get synthroid prescribed to try and restore my T3 and T4 (if perscribed will most likely take for the rest of my life)

What has your PCT been? I'd bet it will take a bit for Test-levels to come back = 4-8 weeks.

Explains my fatigue, low body temp. and trouble making and seeing good gains...pretty much means I have a very hard time keeping my body in an Anabolic State, t-3 and t-4 are the main hormones involved in fat-loss so RECOMP FTL!

the last thing to do would be to get onto a lifetime of synthetic TS usage.
I'd wager that your current values are a result of a supressive cycle with subpar PCT (toremiphene or clomid are waaay better than OTC supps and this is one area that you don;t want to skimp on).Fulll recovery will take longer, but it will happen and you do not need to resort to a lifetime of T3 to accomplish this.
I would avoid 7-OXO altogether (as a metabolite of DHEA it may be supressive of test) for a good 4-6 weeks(at least for as long as you were on cycle).
Then,7-OXO wouldn't hurt.FYI,Cozmar sells the powder, which can be added into Coz's empty transdermal carrier(same carrier Avant uses).

intresting, well I emailed Marc Mcdougal about this subject as well and im hoping he might have some decent interventions, im hoping that these are just supressed b/c of the PH but I am pretty concerned about the thyroid issue since it shouldnt be out of wack due to a PH. But I have been feeling fatigued for quite sometime now, even before taking 3-AD.
