Not going to post a whole long thing about it or w/e but if you guys have some questions I will be willing to answer them, just post them in here...
My Results:
Starting Body Weight: 178.8
Starting Body Fat %: 14.26
Ending Body Weight: 186.2
Ending Body Fat %: 14.98
Dosages:
Did 4 caps for like the first week and then bumped to 6 caps, finished off the last 3 days at 8 caps
Caps in the AM (second meal w/ 20g's of fat)
Caps in the PM at least 8 hours later w/ 20g's of fat
Lifts: Only noticable Changes in Lifts were
Overhead BB Press: 3 x 135
Bench Press: 2 x 205
Deads: 1 x 330
Diet was roughly: 3400-3600 calories a day mostly fat and protein
