I'm new here but I have been weightlifting since September and I enjoy it. I weight 400lbs & 18. However I have been good on the dead lift and Squats. (Deadlift:315lbs. Squats: 225lbs.) My bench isn't great (Bench:135lbs.) I was wodering if anybody has some advice they can share with me about weightlifting weighting about 400lbs?
