Background: I've been dieting for sometime now, and over the last 3 years or so have lost close to 100 pounds, however I've been stuck at around 20% bf for a while now and feel that I need to really push hard to get to the 10% mark.
Aim: Use carb cycling to reach 10% bf OR approx 83kgs (187lbs)
Method:
Diet (Carb Cycling)
1 High carb day (approx 200g), followed by two low carb days (carbs around workouts) followed by one no carb day.
Workouts
Cardio will be 30 minutes fasted upon waking and 15 minutes after resistence training. Will train 5 days per week and include two 5km runs in there.
Starting stats:
Weight - 93Kgs (209lbs)
bf - approx 20%
Goals - (90 kgs by Nov 1st , 87kgs by Dec 1st , 85kgs by Jan 1st 2009)
Will be weighing myself every friday, let the challenge begin!
