I did jump rope supersets with situps about 2 days ago per below workout (no rest until all done)...my ankles have been sore for 2 days...is this normal or should I stop jumping so much?

50 situps
160 jumps
40 situps
120 jumps
30 situps
80 jumps
20 situps
40 jumps

hey its no problem if you have soreness, but i feel there should be some rest given at regular intervals so as to ensure the strength is intact and you could also do a little bit of stretching to ensure flexibilty.
