So I rolled my ankle (post-cardio while walking to the leg extension machine) so my leg workout was a bit abbreviated. Here is the simple and dirty version of what I did:
Pre-Lifting:
30 Minutes Basketball
- All shooting 3s
- Run for misses
- Walk for makes
Lifting:
Leg Extensions - 120x20, 150x20, 180x20, 200x20 (Rest/Pause on the last set of 20)
Very Narrow Stance Leg Press - 600x20, 650x20, 700x20
Front Squats -135x20, 155x20, 175x20
SLDL - 135x20, 155x20, 155x20
a2g Hack Squat - 200x20, 215x20, 230x20
Leg Curls - 145x20, 145x20, 145x20
No post-lifting cardio due to ankle swelling up.
As for last night's cardio only. I played 1.5 hours of basketball. 1 hour was shooting 3s and various low-post 2s, and the last half-hour was games of 2-on-2. We won both games 12-10, and I scored 5 in the first game and 7 in the second game.
Diet has been spot on.
Sleep has been spot on.
Stress has been low.
Focus has been high.
What else can I say?

Hey Josh,
I hope that ankle heals up, and things get back on track as expected, for now lay low a bit if you have to and ditch some of the cardio if its hurting or lifting whatever is possible.
But do not let a nagging injury turn into a long term injury that could set you back for some time. Be smart and play by feel.
Good workout despite the setback.
Stay Strong.

Alright everyone. I had a short talk with Josh today, and he has been extremly busy not with working out, but also with family situations.
He is in the process of taking in his newphew while has been in court settling this dispute for over the last week which has caused him to cease from the forums for a while. He said he will be back soon, but family issues are taking up the majority of his days on top of working out.
He says his strength is still increasing even though he is still cutting and everything is on point, diet and sleeping wise, as his stress is still very low.
Short lil update , but you guys get the point. Josh is still good.
