Over the past 8 months I have been dealing with a lot of stressful situations at home. My body has thickened muscle due to improper posture/hip alignment... I want to remove it and return to my proper genetic build.
My upper back, lower back, quads, rear delts, and traps have thickened in size. Most of the muscle built seems compressed in the wrong areas.. it looks ugly.
Any advice?
