Scivation Whey
Okay, I got my 10 lb of Scivation chocolate today with the 10% off coupon on here (Coupon Code: 10offTeamScivation, ends on the 31st). Anyways, great tasting protein, only one problem. The bag inside the box was tore open at the bottom of the bag and I had protein everywhere. I don't know much was all over the box, but it was quite a bit. I tried to get it up the best I could, but it was just a hassle. Lost a little bit. Price is great, don't really like the bag idea but I can't really complain. I heard Scivation had great customer service, I am not sure who to contact, but I would just like to let them know about the bag issue. I wouldn't let this keep anyone from buying the product, just be careful. Good Product.

I think any product should come in a quality container where it's not going to leak out or rip open. I don't know why they don't just throw it in a big tub or something or a heavy duty bag like ON Whey 10lb...

It is cheaper this way. Scivation puts it in a huge resealable ziploc bag that is inside a big box. I just used an old container.

Well... yeah, it just comes in a very cheap resealable container aka a ziplock bag while AM utilizes a hard plastic cover. Add to the fact that the ziplock doesn't work well when the powder get in between the crevasses and it becomes harder and harder to close.

This happened to some batches, I guess it was a problem with shipping.
There's nothing wrong with the whey itself though, and no body purposely slashed the back. Either contact whomever you ordered it from, or Scivation directly

most protein that is 10 pounds or more come in resealable plastic bags including scivation, Optimum nutrition, etc. to put 10 pounds in a jug is more of a PITA if you ask me.

I had this problem too, but didn't bother sending it back (which I regret). I won't be buying from scivation again if they don't put the protein into tubs or a much thicker bag.

My most recent box, from last week, came with the new heavy duty bags. Maybe you were sent one of the older batches.

I just don't think you should have to pour a product into another container of another product.
