Ok I just brought some of this stuff. http://www.gnc.co.uk/sports-nutritio...er/product.htm . Grape flavor.
It comes with a scoop which when I weighed it holds 20g of powder. Also on the side of the tube it says mix one scoop with 250ml of water/juice.
To start it says bulk on it. So take 3-4servings a day for 5 days. Well that’s 120g of powder!! wtf. Have they given me the wrong scoop with it? It’s the same size scoop as my whey protein.
After looking on the website I noticed it says 1 heaped teaspoon + 250ml water = 1 serving. I’m very confused now. How much of this stuff should I take? I just took 1 of the scoop that came with it (20g) and now i'm worried about taking anymore. How much of this should I be taking? I’ve heard 3-5g a day should be enough??

I think i just took to much Creatine. What will happen?

You should be taking 5g. of creatine a day or on workout days, the link is broken that you provided. 20g. of a formula could be 15g. of carbs/flavorings, etc. and 5g. of actual creatine. However, I'm not 100% sure because I can't see the label. There is no need to load creatine anyways with 15-20g. daily, 5g. on workout days is plenty.
