Cyroshock Vs Ragnarok/White Flood
Hey all...I have been taking the neogenix combo of bodyforge and cryoshock, and am gonna start using ragnarok or white flood on strictly cardio days to conserve the cryoshock (which i believe is an awesome NO product btw) for my lifting days.
My question would be, on the days I'm taking ragnarok or white flood, do i just want to take one serving of bodyforge as i would when im taking the cryoshock (taking the bodyforge upon waking, and cyroshock pre workout), or do i need 2 servings of bodyforge..im only asking bc I know when youre not taking cryoshock youre supposed to take 2 servings of bodyforge, but was curious if taking the white flood or ragnarok would still cause you to need to take a 2nd dosing of bodyforge or if one was good....thanks for the help anyone who can be of service, its much appreciated!

bodyforge is creatine/volumizer kinda like green mag/sizeon.
so if ur going to use a pre workout like white flood or rag (has creatine too), use it with body forge like how u would do with cyroshock. all 3 preworkout are solid product

I think its a waste to take an NO product on cardio days.

that being true, if u want something for cardio, try purple wrath/xtend/intrabolic. those help big time on endurance =)

IMO, Ragnarok and Cryoshock should just be taken alone and they would be good enough since they both have creatine with the NO effect. I also think that stacking White flood with bodyforge would be epic, just 1 serving of each.
You have to look whats in each, you dont want to over do some things like the BA, citriline malate, and specifically the creatine.

thanks man...i wasnt sure if white flood or the rag had creatine in it..i didnt think white flood did, bc they tell u to mix it along with green mag which is their creatine? ill have to chk on that tho...
a lot of ppl say taking NO before cardio is a waste, i guess its just a pick me up for myself, i like the boost it gives me and it helps me break that nasty sweat as im pushing myself to the limit...
white flood is a solid product, have taken it on and off, and currently am using cryoshock, which i think is just insane...the endurance, focus and energy i get off that stuff is just flat out sick...heard great things bout ragnarok so gonna give that a shot....
was just asking bc i didnt know if there was enough BA, citrulline malate, creatine in the rag or white flood to compensate for not taking cryoshock...now that i checked...Ragnarok does contain creatine, so i think taking that alone would work, but white flood does not have creatine in it?

thanks bro! ive been slacking lately...been sick..only did 86 min yest, and 95 min today haha...
tried the white flood on cardio yest..and not sure if its just bc im sick or bc the cryoshock gives me that much more boost but i was struggling bigtime...today i used cryoshock and was much better....should have rag this week so gonna give it a shot next long cardio day and see how i feel...
