wing everyday, weights, sets, exercises (except the obvious)
lots of compounds, and heavy ass weights none of that light 10 rep bull****.

I've been doing a 5day split that has really helped me bust through a plateau, coming off a full-body routine.
Here's my current routine:
Day 1 - Legs (Heavy)
Day 2 - Chest / Bi's
Day 3 - Back / Tri's
Day 4 - Shoulders
Day 5 - Legs (Endurance)*
* I do legs twice a week because they are lagging, and hitting them 2x with dif exercises/reps/weights has really helped me develope them.
