I was reading this and thought I'd give this workout a shot, really I don't want to get that much bigger just a little more size in the quads/biceps and chest area
my shoulders are alright and my width is fine as i'm not really going to compete I just want to stay fit and look good while being strong.
So i've been trying this routine in hopes it will add size to my body but im worried it will add too much. And especially after doing the leg workout yesterday I wasn't even able to finish it. I managed to skip the deadlifts and calf press all together because i felt nauseous after all those squats, leg presses and and leg extensions.
This to me seems like it was straining my body too much and therefore probably means isn't the right workout for me.
So i'm asking what you guys think I should do to add strenght and size to these areas because what im doing now is just trying to work on symmetry because my chest/bis/legs aren't quite up to par in size wrt my other parts.
may I add, i have my diet in check it increase the amount of cals im taking in but not too much so that im adding on more fat than muscle
