this has absolutely nothing to do with supplement science. but anyway, it seems like the Cell Mass and NoXplode might be causing you to crash (caffeine + simple carbs). I'd recommend looking into some other NO products that don't rely so heavily on caffeine, and personlly i'd drop the Cell Mass. My stack is Scivation Xtend + VasoCharge + NOW Beta-Alanine preworkout and Scivation Xtend and Beta-Alanine during workout. Then drink your whey protein + milk immediately after workout, then 30-45min later eat a full meal. That should keep you from crashing, and you should find yourself with tons more energy.
