Smile What Is The Best Stack Of Supplements

I use whey protien by optimum, No Explode BSN, CELL MASS BSN. I looking for any suggestions for a little mass, definition, energy, great pumps. I will appreciate any suggestions , mainly I am finding myself low on energy.

this has absolutely nothing to do with supplement science. but anyway, it seems like the Cell Mass and NoXplode might be causing you to crash (caffeine + simple carbs). I'd recommend looking into some other NO products that don't rely so heavily on caffeine, and personlly i'd drop the Cell Mass. My stack is Scivation Xtend + VasoCharge + NOW Beta-Alanine preworkout and Scivation Xtend and Beta-Alanine during workout. Then drink your whey protein + milk immediately after workout, then 30-45min later eat a full meal. That should keep you from crashing, and you should find yourself with tons more energy.

o.k. with out the negative BS. as far as what you are taking i cant really talk about it i can on the other hand tell you what i take and what i feel is a good combo for my body, i stress MY BODY !!!!
now before i start i was taking for 3 months on and 2 months off
MuscleMeds? Arimatest as they stated to take it one in the am and one 1.5 hours before work out

morning --shake 60g of Pro Complex Augmented Protein mixed with 20 grams of 100% Casein Protein
then
for pre- work out shake :ads muscle rush
then during: 20g of whey
and one bottle of vita water what ever flav.
after work out
i make a big shake that is a mix of the 3 proteins about 90 g i make sure it takes me at least 2 hours to drink it all because the body can only use 30 grams in an hour if (that if you drank 50 grams in one 10 min sitting, all but 30 g would be wasted)
then just before bed 40 grams of Casein Protein again.
with all of this i still some how get my protien bars in there
as far as reg vitamins i just take glusemean and conjointens ground up in the shakes and 1 muilt mega man in the shake as well. all in the blender this way i cant taste it ...lol
