Should take protein right after your workout (b4 you do cardio), or after you've worked out and done cardio?

Also try do to cardio on an empty stumach...Eat to much carbs before doing cardio and glucose,insulin levels rise and release fatty acids from adipose tissue..(As said in Flex Mag)
Take in protein as FAST as you can,your body's hungry for it after a workout..Milk is for babies. When you grow up you have to drink beer.
