    Should take protein right after your workout (b4 you do cardio), or after you've worked out and done cardio?

    You shouldnt do cardio before or after workin out . Try to seperate them between 8-12 hours.

    Also try do to cardio on an empty stumach...Eat to much carbs before doing cardio and glucose,insulin levels rise and release fatty acids from adipose tissue..(As said in Flex Mag)

    Take in protein as FAST as you can,your body's hungry for it after a workout..

    Don't do ur cardio on the same day u weight train
    take protien asap after weights and it don't have to b taken after cardio

    If you are doing cardio directly after lifting for fat burning reasons, then do your cardio for 20 minutes, and then have your post workout nutrition.

    I'd suggest doing cardio 3 hours after working out... 3 hours after your post workout meal of WHEY PROTIEN(downed in 30 minutes )
