Proposed Diet (not set in stone by any means)
figures are protein/carb/fat
Week 1-2 3500 calories 350/250/125
week 3-4 4000 calories 400/275/150
week 5-10 4500 calories 450/300/175
I dont know if I will need to go this high but the reasoning is that i am going BALLS TO THE ****ING WALL!!!

Monday - Back
Tuesday - Legs
wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday - Chest (might be switching, will explain below)
Friday - Arms
Saturday - Traps/Abs/Forearms
Sunday - OFF
Beginning weight and beginning lifts
Weight - 208
Bodyfat - somewhere around 10-11
Barbell bench press - 295x5
Dumbbell bench press - 145x5
Wide Grip Pullups - 16 with bodyweight only
Doing squats tomorrow - we'll see --- somewhere around 275x8 below parallel
Goals
Raise All lifts - most particularly barbell bench, dumbbell bench, squats, pull-ups and overhead shoulder press
Gain 20-25 lbs of overall weight while keeping fat gain somewhat minimal
Add considerable mass to traps/chest/shoulders/forearms to work on symmetry

-I will be changing this every month
-1st month(5 high carb/2 low carb)
-2nd month **tentative (4 high carb/3 low carb)
-3rd month **tentative (2 high carb/5 low carb)
Current Macros (Month 1)
High Carb = Approx. (3500 k/cal/245 Pro/325 Cho/135 Fat)
Low Carb = Approx. (2400 k/cal/245 Pro/110 Cho/110 Fat)
