I am wondering which supplement is best with use on an exercise bike.
I am 19, 5'11 and around 180lbs. I do weights more than cardio due to a knee injury, however ive noticed i can last on an exercise bike, but not run.
When i ran i used HH and Animal cuts. saw minor results. But i want to know if anyone has used a supplement with an exercise bike.
I AM TRYING TO CUT UP MY ABS BY LOSING THE GUT.
My workout now is 6 days a week.
Bike 40 min at level 5 resistance
20 min weights
20 min exercise bike level 5 resistance.
please let me know if you have suggestions! thank you

Tomorrow on wheycheap.com they will have a sale on IntraXcell. I looked over some reviews to see what people thought of this stuff and it looks like it has some pretty good feedback. I know I'll be picking up a couple of bottles.
Looks like it will do pretty good for some nice long cardio sessions.

Animal Flex perhaps since you are recovering from a knee injury?
