so i gotta be in-shape because i just recently quit smoking (3-4weeks )
i need stamina and jumping

for endurance do alot of 100m sprints then rest for a little. 30sec-1min
what i do is do a 40yd dash full out then do a-skips high and hard. as in jump as high as you can on the way back. then do another 40yd dash and repeat. do this 5 times and your winded. by the 3rd rep ill take a 30 sec break or something. just started tryin that though...
get in shape? according to your avvy you look in shape to me. then again it looks fake since your only 15. unless thats fake also...

lol how is that fake? i look in-shape but i smoked ALOT (weed/cigarettes) but thank god i stopped both for atleast a month.

lol yeah i kinda figured he was over 200, Linebacker.... haha but yeah i ain't a football player so im not that big.
i only take NO2,Whey protein, and Creatine. I just started to take beta maxx because of it's effect on "endurance" but yeah im going to start to sprint starting tomorrowI eat your for breakfast and your mom for dessert

lol basketball at my old high school (hopkins, MN) is a pretty big deal, are intermerul teams can beat most high school teams lol... so if you just quit smoking and only goin to take a month to get in shape you prob wouldn't getting on the team unless you work your ass off...
Before school: long distence running
After school: lifting (do more of endurance then bulk except for when you DL and Squat bulk on those for jumping also do cleans and plyos for explosivness)
Night: play ball (we have a big ass gym that has 5 courts and have a open gym at night where theres always games going even some NBA players stop by time to time)
