Tylenol is more habbit forming than melatonin....Melatonin works for some, including myself, and I take it 2 or 3 times a week. It provides me with a very good night sleep, other sleep aids knock me the f**k out, and I can't get up in the morning.
If you are having chronic problems sleeping that would signal something else is wrong, I would check that out if that is the case.Fear less, hope more;

melatonin is by far a better choice, I take awhile to fall a sleep so I used to take it if I am trying to get to bed quickly for example when I have to get up early in the morning, or whatever.
However, they dont sell it hear in canada anymore."Change is Inevitable, Progress Isn't"
