Tylenol is more habbit forming than melatonin....Melatonin works for some, including myself, and I take it 2 or 3 times a week. It provides me with a very good night sleep, other sleep aids knock me the f**k out, and I can't get up in the morning.

If you are having chronic problems sleeping that would signal something else is wrong, I would check that out if that is the case.

you'll become dependent on melatonin so take tylenol? :/
melatonin is by far a better choice, I take awhile to fall a sleep so I used to take it if I am trying to get to bed quickly for example when I have to get up early in the morning, or whatever.

However, they dont sell it hear in canada anymore.

Not to mention, guys, tylenol can be harmful to your liver. Taking it too much is certainly not a good idea.
