eat right work hard. even if your a freak geneticly you can't look like levrone or any other pros. look at some old time builders and that will give you an idea what you can do. and don't listen to anyone that says you can't do something. ever.

(I think it depends largely on your genetics though and i find it very hard to believe that the larger 'naturals' are actually naturals so it's even harder to say what the actual value is)

i don't believe (IMO) that genetics solely determine how big you can get. years and years of training Will result in continuous gains if done properly for most people. just most don't do the work for years. genetics plays heavily into proportion and balance, symmetry.

Yea but just because you have good genes doesnt mean you can get anywhere near as big as a juicer.
