Calling out BB.com Customer Service
So I return 3 cans of animal stak because my doc said that I cant take em because of some shots I am gonna be taking due to poison ivy on my side. I ship this stuff priority mail 2+ weeks ago with a note to call me when they credit my account (which they never do but I try anyways)because I want 3 cans of animal pak in lieu of these.
I spend 45-60 mins on the phone with BB.com rep that cannot see where I have returned this, neither can he find out where I had my last order of 6oxo/beta ala9. With all the price increases they do, they seriously need to invest in people that actually call people back and better updating systems. I asked him if he could touch base with his returns dept and he tells me that there is noone they can physically call...just email. He kept asking me for the order number on this order of 3 stak cans and I kept telling him...dude every month I order stuff from you guys in excess of $250, Sometimes more than once a month....these cans came from multiple orders!
If this $hiz is not resolved (which they always give me hell when i return stuff for some reason...I donno why! because it is always unopened and I always end up spending some over credit amount!) quickly, I will take my business elsewhere PERMANENTLY!
Their shipping is not the fastest anyways...have ordered from other sites that do 3-5 fedex for FREE over $100.
Okay...im off my rant.

whatever  Sounds like you dont know what you want and you just order **** then try and return it. Its not a game to buy and then return ****. Besides that if you were organized you would have all the order numbers and send them with the returned merchandise and send it with a damn tracking number.
Go cry to someone who gives a damn.

bb.com certainly isn't using the money they aren't giving you back to make sure the forums run well.
Seriously though, that sucks, and working with customer service at ANY store can be a pain. They probably want to help but they can't just give stuff away...if there was a mixup there was a mixup...

Well taken... I am pretty disorganized but I did have plans to use those 3 cans of stak over the next 3 months. **** happen'd and now I cant.

This experience is seriously unacceptable. I have sent 3 containers of Animal Pak out for you today and will follow-up to ensure they arrive tomorrow. On a side note, I spoke to the Returns Merchandise Manager about this situation. He?s going to promise to stop eating all the Animal Stak that is returned. He?s such a punk. (But way bigger than me.)

Wow, the OP is a bitch. All the admins came in and fixed things up but I can't believe he had the gall to complain in the first place. It's not like it was THEIR problem that they caused. Chill the fukc out and understand that the person on the other end of the line is eager to assist you.
As someone who's spent years working in a Customer Service environment I've got to say that you're one huge dickhead. bb.com's customer service is exemplary. You're an idiot. I have returned a couple of things in the past and bb.com customer service has always been amazing. as a matter of fact, my last return was about 1.5 weeks ago, I dealt with someone named porter, and I was so pleased with the c.s. that I asked to speak to his supervisor so that I could praise him.

Truthfully I'd have to agree with this...
Their service is very professional and shipping is great to.. I don't think they would have 4,000,000+ orders if it wasn't
