Jimbo! Nice choice in Sporto. Seems like a lot of people are hiring him after young squatter started the trend lol... I'm actually awaiting a program from him as well. I figured I've worked with Layne and Derek, so might as well try Sporto now!

Awesome to see you back on a regular basis again. Ill def be interested to see how your body reacts to adding more carbs into your diet. Go get you some abs bro!
Just curious, but why the change from the CHA and into adding carbs? It seems like the CHA has done good things for your body and is really easy to follow.

B2P! Tommy has been great thus far...The program is very well thought out and based on my needs (Carb Sensitive). He also allows you the flexibilty to pick and choose certain exercises, which I think is cool.
I'm expecting big things from this cut and you know I'll bust my ass.

Hey CM...It's good to be back and motivated again! You asked a good question. I came off the CHA for a few reasons. First off, my body seemed like it was starting to reject the high protein intake. I wasn't making any gains, not feeling good (mentally or physically), feeling tired with no energy and having some slight stomach issues. Second, I was on it for like 9-10 months and just needed to eat normal/balanced food again. Also, I've done alot of researching over the last few months studying the diets of alot of bodybuilders and I think bulking with carbs (correctly) would be more effective in the long run. Another thing to mention is the price of meats sky rocketing, My wife and I have a good life but times are rough so the less meat I consume...the more money I save! There are a few more reasons but you get the idea.

Its actually 140 Carbs. I was taking in 2,300 cals on the CHA Diet last week, while this week taking in 2,200 cals re-introducing carbs. So to answer your question, Yes, I made the switch in 1 day. Thanks for droppin' in.

Choke Dawg! I think you have a huge head start since you're around 8-10 % Bodyfat, but you know I can't back down from a challenge. Sick program you're on by the way...Way too complex for me!

I'm interested to see what the carbs do to. Hopefully I'll respond favorably, but if not we can always adjust. Tommy seems like a good Dude and obviously knows his stuff.
